1. General

• By purchasing artworks or booking personalized sessions from our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Our products and services are intended for personal use and well-being purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Mandala & Chakra Arts (Products)

• Order & Payment: Orders are confirmed only upon full payment.

• Processing & Delivery:

    1. Ready artworks are shipped within 5–7 business days.

2. Personalised chakra/mandala artworks require 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity.

• Customisation: Once a custom design has begun, no changes can be made. Please share all preferences (colours, intentions, chakra themes) at the time of order.

• Returns & Refunds:

    1. Ready artworks may be returned within 7 days if damaged or defective.

     2. Personalised artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their custom nature.

     3.  We want you to love your Mandala Art. If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We’ll arrange a return             and process your refund or replacement within 3–7 working days after receiving the returned item.

Note: Each Mandala is handmade and unique, so minor variations in colour or texture are not considered damage.

• Intellectual Property: All rights remain with the artist. Customers may display purchased works but may not reproduce or resell them.

3. Personalised Yoga & Chakra Sessions (Services)

• Booking & Payment: All sessions must be booked and paid in advance.

• Minimum Duration: Visible improvements in chakra balance, mindfulness, or wellness typically require a minimum of 90 days of consistent practice.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations:

    1. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

2. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full.

• Commitment Plans: Packages for personalised sessions are offered in minimum 90-day blocks. Single/occasional sessions may be booked but are not recommended for long-term improvement.

• Health Disclaimer:

    1. These sessions are designed for holistic well-being and self-awareness.

2. They are not a replacement for medical treatment. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions.

• Results: Outcomes depend on individual participation and commitment. No guaranteed results are promised.

4. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for delays in delivery, courier issues, or technical disruptions in online sessions.

• By booking, you acknowledge that your participation in yoga, meditation, or chakra practices is voluntary and at your own risk.

5. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, logos, designs, and creative content provided under Mandala Arts are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. A patent has been filed to protect the originality of our artistic works, logos, and related creative expressions. No part of the artwork, design, or content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Mandala Arts. Any unauthorised use will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
